Together, weâll learn how to make Tagliatelles aux Champignons with Sauce Blanche, a comforting and elegant pasta dish that highlights the richness of mushrooms and the beauty of a well-balanced white sauce. Weâll also prepare a Salade Verte MĂȘlĂ©e, dressed with a house-made raspberry vinaigrette that brings brightness and balance to the table.
To complete the experience, guests will be treated to Tarte Tatin, the classic French upside-down apple tartâcaramelized, golden, and unforgettable.
